Why is the item I want to purchase not on the website?
Some items are released for a limited time. We invite you to continue visiting our website, or to subscribe to our newsletter, to be the first to know the dates of rereleased and new release items.
How long will delivery take?
Most items are custom made, tailored & created specifically for you, and can take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Non custom items are usually delivered within seven to ten business days.
How much does shipping cost?
$35 in the United States and $50 Internationally. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Can I return or exchange items?
Items that are custom made cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where can I shop in person?
All orders must be placed through the website.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
You must pay for your order using one (1) payment method.
How do I know what size to order?
You will be required to include your measurements when you order custom tailored clothing.
What if my item gets damaged?
If your ЯAM⊙MAR NY purchase needs to be repaired, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assess the damage and recommend the best solution.
